1. Coarse aggregates are stored by classification. The storage of coarse and fine aggregates should be divided into qualified areas and areas to be inspected, separated by partition walls with a height of not less than 2m. standing water.
2. All ground material storage sites including storage hoppers must be equipped with a light steel structure ceiling, and the height of the arch line of the steel structure ceiling is 7m. The one-way drainage slope should be set up in the aggregate cleaning area of the sand and gravel storage yard; the plane and slope of the feeding channel should be set according to the equipment parameters of the batching machine of the mixing station.
3. Sand and gravel materials should be marked with the quality inspection status of the material according to the regulations. The identification includes the material name, origin, specification, quantity, feeding time, inspection status, test report number, inspection batch, etc.
4. The principle of clean and dry. When planning and selecting the location of the raw material stacking site of the concrete batching plant, attention should be paid to drying. Some raw materials cannot be affected by moisture, which will greatly affect the quality of the concrete. In addition, the stacking of raw materials should also pay attention to the cleaning principle, not only to ensure the cleanliness of the raw materials themselves, but also that the stacking of the raw materials themselves cannot affect the cleanliness of the entire concrete batching plant.
