The 80-6 type double-cylinder double-liquid mortar pump is a horizontal double-acting reciprocating piston pump. The pump has two independent cylinders. It has two suction and discharge ports for double-liquid grouting. The grouting speed is controlled by the gearbox. 4 speeds, corresponding to different pulp output. It is mainly used for soft foundation reinforcement, tunnel advance pre-grouting, water blocking and consolidation grouting of broken rocks; during operation, the two cylinders output the slurry at the same time. The glue time is easier to control, so that the diffusion radius of the slurry can be effectively controlled, thereby improving the quality of the grouting project and reducing the cost of the grouting project.
