In the new century, we long for a beautiful earth, a green home, a clear blue sky, and fresh air. However, due to the wanton destruction, pollution and waste of human beings, the earth has become riddled with holes and bruises. Human beings have been punished by nature and gradually realized the importance of environmental protection. As a construction production enterprise, concrete batching plant pays attention to green environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction is also an inescapable responsibility. Environmentally friendly mixing stations should have certain requirements on site selection at the beginning of the construction of the station. The following analysis is made on the site selection of the concrete batching plant under the new environmental protection requirements:
1. The concrete batching plant should be kept away from the living area as far as possible, and the sound insulation device should be installed on the side closer to the residential area.
2. The cleaning wastewater of mixers and mixer trucks shall not be discharged in disorder. A drainage ditch system and a wastewater slurry sedimentation tank shall be set up in the production area of the concrete batching plant. The wastewater after sedimentation treatment shall be reused to achieve zero discharge.
3. The concrete batching plant should be equipped with corresponding cleaning equipment to keep the equipment and facilities clean and tidy. The concrete truck should be washed and cleaned before leaving the factory.
4. The road of the concrete batching plant and the ground of the production operation area should be hardened ground that does not allow dust.
5. Take measures to keep the roads in the factory area clean, and there is no visible dust when the vehicle is driving. The unhardened open space around the fence, living area and office area should be greened.
6. The concrete mixing plant should regularly renovate the mixing building (station), material (silos) warehouse, and pump mixing truck to keep it beautiful and clean.
